Warren, Michigan, October 3, 2017 - Central Transport, LLC, one of the nation’s most technologically advanced less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers, announces new details and pictures of one of their latest construction projects.

Ground has been broken and the soil erosion measures have been installed at the site of the Company’s soon to be newest facility in Denver. The picture below shows the more than 20 acre area that will house the terminal. This full scale terminal will feature 100 doors, as well as 1 ramp and 3 pit levelers. The dock itself will be 80 feet wide, and will include a 3,000 square foot finished office area. The terminal will also have an onsite shop for maintenance, with four drive through bays, and one pull in bay. On site fleet fueling will be installed and there will be 40 parking spaces for tractors, 109 for trailers and 70 spaces reserved for employees. The tentative date for completion is the second quarter of 2018. Colorado’s central proximity, and close proximity to the North West will serve to strengthen Central Transport’s presence in this area and promote further growth. Continued updates on building progress will be posted as the building begins taking shape.
