CENTRAL TRANSPORT ANNOUNCES LANE ENHANCEMENTS
Warren, Michigan, April 29, 11
- Central Transport announced today the enhancement of 600 lanes that will improve service standards by one day. The announcement comes hot on the heels of the recent corporate restructuring and rebranding overhaul of the privately-owned LTL (less-than-truckload) company.
The lane enhancements are part of Central Transport’s ongoing commitment to provide excellent value and service to its customers throughout North America.
Company President David McClimon commented that as the company prepares for continued growth and expansion in 2011, it is making investments in assets that will help move their customer’s freight quickly and efficiently. McClimon said one of Central Transport’s goals is to improve as many lanes as possible throughout its entire network and they are pleased with the results so far.
